Here’s Carlucci’s announcement:
Senator Carlucci to Host Westchester Small Business Roundtable in Ossining
In an effort designed to strengthen Westchester’s economy, Senator David Carlucci (D-Rockland/Westchester) plans to host a Small Business Roundtable discussion to solicit ideas and find common sense solutions to the challenges facing entrepreneurs today. Senator Carlucci is inviting small business owners to both attend and also join his Small Business Task Force that encompasses the 38th State Senate District.
The event will be held at Senator Carlucci’s Westchester Office, located at 2 Church Street, Ossining on Wednesday, September 18th beginning at 9:00am.
“New York state’s economy is as diverse as its people, and the best way to help small business owners compete in a global economy is to listen to their ideas from the ground up,” said Senator Carlucci. “I encourage any resident from Westchester who is interested in our cause to become a member of our Small Business Task Force and make their voice heard.”
The goal of this forum will be to recommend policy ideas and ultimately develop them into state legislation to be submitted for the upcoming legislative session.
