Students at the Putnam/Northern Westchester BOCES Pines Bridge School for the multiply disabled had an early taste of Thanksgiving’s bounty this week at a feast contributed by members of the school staff – teachers, aides, therapists, assistants and bus drivers.
The food was organized through a contribution sign-up sheet, with occupational therapist Roberta Trotta of Yorktown and teaching assistants Rich Marshall of Patterson and Michele Smail of Carmel taking care of the final preparations along with help from the schools’ kitchen staff.
