The New Castle Town Board will hold two meetings in closed executive session today at 3 p.m. and Friday at 10 a.m. as the members wrap up work on the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Chappaqua Crossing development at the former Reader’s Digest property.
Then on Friday at 4 p.m. the board has scheduled an open meeting in Conference Rooms A & B at New Castle Town Hall, 200 South Greeley Ave., Chappaqua. The board has said they expect to accept the FEIS as complete on Friday and soon thereafter post it to the town web site.
A continuation of the public hearings on the zoning changes that would be needed to approve the plans for 199 housing units on the Bedford Road property will take place on Monday, April 4. The proposed zoning changes are also available on the town web site.
