BRIARCLIFF MANOR: Village Police Officer Thomas J. Farrington will be inducted in the Briarcliff Manor High School’s Hall of Distinugished Alumni at a ceremony on Wednesday, school officials announced.
The high school will hold its 17th annual Hall of Distinguished Alumni Induction Ceremony and Reception in the newly named Frances G. Wills Auditorium. The ceremony honors graduates who the committee feels have demonstrated exemplary achievement in every walk of life and who, by example, offer present-day students inspiration and a positive vision of the future. Farrington, this year’s honoree, hails from the class of 1980. He has been with the Briarcliff police since 1986.
The ceremony is at 10 a.m., followed by a lunch reception.
