Marwell, an 88-year-old Mount Kisco resident, died Sept. 7 following a long illness. Memorial services were to be private.
Curtis said that under Marwell the business became a global operation with 13 worldwide subsidiaries and 1,000 employees.
The business, which Marwell co-founded in 1960, makes instruments and controls for electric vehicles.
The company asked that instead of flowers, donations should be sent to the Mount Kisco Child Care Center at 95 Radio Circle; Mount Kisco, NY 10549.
